Moorpark Council PTA

Moorpark Council PTA Goals

1.    Enhance communication among the PTA/PTSA units, MUSD, the school board and the community, utilizing the following:

    a. Council presence at tall school board meetings.

    b. Council newsletter and calendar.

    c. Council president's visitation to one meeting per year at each unit

2.    Support the nine PTA/PTSA units by providing training and by promoting the membership drive, Reflections and other PTA programs.  Provide a forum where parent leaders from each school can connect and share ideas.

3.    Provide valuable workshops to the community.

4.    Provide mentorship to unit presidents with the intention of developing deeper leadership at each unit.

5.    Promote health and wellness a among the families of Moorpark.
